Chiara Ricci
Co-Founder
Florence born and raised, Chiara came to the U.S. in 2005 to pursue her college degree. She is a pasta-enthusiast that wants to bring her home country's cuisine to you! Chiara will give you some insight on true Italian culture too.
Leah Johnson
Co-Founder
A connoisseur of Italian food, Leah was thrilled when she became best friends with Chiara in college. She has visited Italy a plethora of times and loves the culture. Leah wanted to share her discoveries with Americans, and so she teamed up with Chiara to bring you Pasta Fresca!


Antonio Bianchi
Head Chef and Pastaio
Antonio is a 2003 graduate of the Italian Chef Academy in Rome, IT. He grew up in Venice, IT, and moved to America in 2008. Antonio strives to create modern pasta dishes with traditional techniques, fresh ingredients, and love.
Giada Fiorentino
Head Pastry Chef and Sorbettiera
Giada is a 2008 graduate of the Apicius School of Food and Wine Studies in Florence, IT with a concentration in the Baking and Pastry Arts. She grew up in Florence, and strives to share traditional Italian pastries and gelato with you!
